General Shipping Notes: We use UPS or best available alternative for shippingWe normally ship within 48 hours from the time we receive your order, personalized orders add an additional 72 hours. All personalized items must be paid for at time of order and can not be exchanged for credit or refund.

Return Policies
All items that are damaged through fault of the Manufacturer and not the Shipping Company may be exchanged for the same item. All items damaged due to shipping must be reported to the Shipper. All personalized items can not be exchanged for credit or refund. All other items need a return authorization within 7 days of receipt, shipped back in original packaging at customers cost; original shipping charge are non refundable.
